Most people obsess over the Supreme Court because they imagine that if they can get the “right” judges, the Court will protect their rights. But there’s a big problem with that strategy.

Just because you get the “right” judges doesn’t mean they’ll do the right thing. In fact, most of the time they won’t because they are part of a broken system.
