This is the 369th day the GOP Congress has failed to repeal Obamacare. Meanwhile, it has also expanded the surveillance state with the reauthorization of FISA Sec. 702. But with nullification season getting into full swing, a number of states are advancing efforts to limit surveillance both at the state and federal level. In this week’s episode of Tenther Tuesday, Michael Boldin and Mike Maharrey talk about state bills to nullify the NSA, warrantless stingray spying, license plate tracking and drone surveillance.
