Tenth Amendment Center: Interview: Abusing the Commerce Clause

...from Tenth Amendment Center

The commerce clause is used to justify federal intrusion into virtually every facet of economic life. But that was not what the founders intended.

Suzanne Sherman and I talked about the commerce clause on a recent episode of the Wasatch Report. We talked about what the commerce meant at the time of the founding and what it has become and how the federal government abuses to expand its power. Along the way, we talk about federal regulation of meat and other foods. But it’s not all gloom and doom. We also talk about the path forward to food freedom.
