Tenth Amendment Center: The Supreme Court’s Actual Job

...from Tenth Amendment Center

If the Supreme Court just did its job, it wouldn’t matter all that much who the justices actually were.

So, what is the job of the SCOTUS? To judge cases based on what the law says. And the supreme law of the land is the Constitution. That’s not a partisan thing.

#supremecourt
has no business pushing Democrat or Republican party agendas. Their job is to follow the #Constitution. Nothing more, and nothing less. @mmaharrey10th pic.twitter.com/75zvXRviPj
